Short version: Convsta is a free tool suite. Use it responsibly. We provide the tools as-is with no guarantees. Don't use the tools to harm others or violate laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Convsta and any tools hosted on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Convsta.

2. Description of Service

Convsta provides a suite of free, browser-based developer utility tools including (but not limited to) JSON formatting, SQL beautification, regex testing, UUID generation, hash computation, and HTTP request building. All tools run client-side in your browser.

3. Free to Use

Convsta is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, premium tiers, or paywalled features. We reserve the right to add optional paid features in the future, but core functionality will remain free.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Convsta only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the cURL/HTTP Client to conduct unauthorized security testing, DDoS attacks, or automated bulk requests against systems you do not own or have permission to test
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the source code in ways that violate applicable law (the source is visible in your browser's DevTools as a matter of course)
Use Convsta to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Misrepresent the origin or output of Convsta tools

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Convsta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The tools will be error-free or produce perfectly accurate results in all cases
The service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
Output from any tool is suitable for production use without independent verification

Always verify critical outputs (cryptographic hashes, SQL queries, generated code) independently before using them in production systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convsta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Intellectual Property

The Convsta website design, branding, and original code are the property of their respective creators. Open-source libraries used by Convsta are subject to their own licenses (MIT, BSD-3, etc.) as noted in the Privacy Policy. You are free to view the source code of any tool page through your browser's developer tools.

8. Third-Party Services

Convsta may display advertising served by third parties (e.g., Google AdSense) and load resources from CDN providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Convsta after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of Convsta will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction where the service operates.
