What do the error correction levels (L, M, Q, H) mean?

Error correction allows a QR code to remain scannable even when part of it is obscured or damaged. Level L restores up to 7% of data, M up to 15%, Q up to 25%, and H up to 30%. Higher correction levels increase the QR code's density (more modules), so use H only when the code will be printed on surfaces that may get scratched or when you want to overlay a logo in the centre.

How do I create a QR code for WiFi?

Select the WiFi tab, enter your network's SSID (name), password, and encryption type (WPA/WPA2 covers most modern routers). The tool encodes this as a WIFI:T:WPA;S:<ssid>;P:<pass>; string — a format natively understood by iOS 11+, Android 10+, and most recent QR scanner apps, allowing instant one-tap network join.

What size should I export for print use?

For on-screen use 256 px is typically enough. For print, go as large as possible (up to 512 px here) then scale in your design software. Since QR codes are purely geometric, they scale losslessly in vector tools — alternatively, import the PNG at 512 px and enlarge at 300 DPI which gives a print size of roughly 4 × 4 cm, suitable for most business-card and flyer use cases.
